SHIPPING

We aim to pack and post all items within two working days. However, during busy periods this is not always possible. Factors such as adverse weather or strikes, may cause a delay in the product reaching you within five working days. Please note, we will only ship orders within the United Kingdom.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Please contact us if you believe you have received an incorrect order. photographs must be provided. Please note, we do not currently accept returns.

As our duty of care we would like to inform you that due to manufacturing & handling by our suppliers, all of our products may contain (but are not restricted to):

• Cereals containing gluten – including wheat, rye, barley and oats

• Eggs

• Milk

• Nuts – including almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts

• Peanuts

• Soybeans

• Sulphur dioxide and sulphites
